Each resident signs a license agreement to occupy his or her private bedroom/study and shared suite for the entire school year, September – May. The rental rate for each student is as shown below.
Please note, there is a fully refundable $300 security deposit due prior to move in.
Payment Plan
RENT
Fall 2024 Semester: $4,170
August 1st: 25% or $1042.50 due (this applies to ALL students regardless of financial aid award or payment plan status)
September 15th: additional 25% or $1042.50 due (may qualify for financial aid waiver if all criteria are met).
October 15th: additional 25% or $1042.50 due.
November 15th: any remaining balance must be paid in full.
Spring 2025 Semester: $4,170
January 1st: 25% or $1042.50 due (this applies to ALL students regardless of financial aid award status)
February 15th: additional 25% or $1042.50 due (may qualify for financial aid waiver if all criteria are met).
March 15th: additional 25% or $1042.50 due.
April 15th: any remaining balance must be paid in full.
The payment plan for the Fall and Spring, as noted above, is divided into four equal payments. The first payment is due no later than August 1st and must be paid to receive a room assignment. Students returning for the Spring semester that wish to leave their personal items over the break may do so only if the first 25% of the Spring fee is made prior to the end of the semester. This payment plan also applies to any balance due, in excess of the students total financial aid award, as noted above under Financial Aid.
Financial Aid
All student, regardless of financial aid status, must make the first payment of $1042.50 no later than August 1st.
The second payment, due September 15th, may be postponed until financial aid funds are release providing the student has completed all necessary paperwork to receive aid and has continued as a full-time student in good academic and behavioral standing.
Students that receive financial aid covering their full housing costs will receive a refund from the college once those funds have been disbursed.
The license agreement fee is per student for a single occupancy private bedroom/study in a furnished apartment suite. Each apartment suite includes private bedrooms/study and a kitchen, living, dining, and bath facilities that are shared by the residents of that apartment suite.
Lattimore Hall is a co-educational residence hall. Men and women may be assigned to the same floor but not the same apartment suite.
